Returns and Exchange Policy :

We at Dipsy world hope you love our products just as much as we do but in case you’re unhappy with anything you have received from us , If you are not a 100% satisfied with your product for whatsoever reason, simply trace back to your order and choose the exchange option. This must be done within 3 days of receiving the order. Alternatively, you can also e-mail us on return@dipsyworld.com and we will be happy to process the exchange for you.
Your request for return / exchange should be received within 3 days and your dress should be received within 7 days.All embellished garments come with care instructions . Since some of our garments and accessories are Made-to-Measure/order, we do not offer refunds on any goods once sold.
(not from the sale section) , then at our sole discretion, sold goods may be exchanged if they meet our terms and conditions.
Our Exchange/Return policy is subject to the following:
The items should be unused and unwashed with original packaging and tags in place. Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.* Items should be returned unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
* Where provided, belts and any packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags should be included with your return.
* Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items.
* All custom made orders are non-returnable/exchangeable
